HOT Justice

*** 4.5 Star Read *** I like the premise of this story. It's a current day problem of illegal drugs entering the US and being distributed to unknowing people. They think they're buying one thing, but they're getting something else. Add in the political ramifications, espionage, and greed and it plays out in a very intriguing way.

What can you say... Lynn Raye Harris has hit out of the ball park yet again. Lived Wolf and Haylee’s story so much. I am so glad I have the entire HOT series to read over and over!

I loved HOT Justice. I get a kick out of the Hero rescuing the girl, especially jungle rescues. Dean “Wolf” saves Haylee just in time, and they had that instant connection. Wolf doesn't accept (or quite understand) his love for Haylee for quite awhile though. It isn't until the team has to go kick some bad guy butt that he truly realizes it. Haylee is a little more willing to accept it, but it takes her some time too. There's plenty of action- in and out of the bedroom! Sexy scenes done well, but also bad guy butt kicking as mentioned. The ending was good, but the teaser in the epilogue makes me anxious and wanting the next book right now. Give me more HOT!!

There's a lot to be said for cougars and I'm up for the challenge! Haylee Jamison lost her best friend. The opioid epidemic claimed another victim. The attraction to Wolf was instant, her desire for him at the boiling point. One incredible night with him, a promise to look her up once they get state-side - then he ghosted her. Back in DC, she continues to try to unravel the puzzle of how fake opiods are making their way into the US, and she uncovers political secrets, that again, put her life in danger. Only one man she knows can help her, and hopefully keep her alive. Dean "Wolf"Garner expected to rescue ten hostages, not eleven. But that eleventh? From the moment he saw her, he knew. She was his. Wolf never got involved with a woman for any length of time, treating it like his missions - get in, get the job done, get out. But he can't stop thinking about her. Haylee. He can't seem to get enough with her, but can he really be the man she deserves? When she finds herself in danger once again, he'll protect her with his life, if needed. But can he protect her heart? And his? Will he be able to tell her how he feels before he loses her forever? I'm so glad there are more HOT members. I really don't want this series to end! If you haven't read the series, I highly recommend it!
