It is our policy to respond expeditiously to clear, valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. If we receive a proper notification of infringement, we will remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing and, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts or access of repeat infringers.

1. How to File a Copyright Infringement Notice

2. Submit Your Request via Contact Us

Please submit your DMCA takedown requests directly through our online Contact Us page. Make sure to select "Copyright / DMCA Concern" as the subject of your inquiry. This ensures that your notice is properly routed and processed immediately by our legal compliance team.

While you may send notices via other means, submitting through the form is the most secure and direct method to expedite the review and removal of the content in question.

3. Counter-Notification Procedures

If content that you uploaded or submitted has been removed or disabled due to a copyright infringement notice, and you believe this was the result of a mistake, misidentification, or a fair use exception, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent. Your counter-notification must contain:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location (URL) where the material appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, physical address, and telephone number, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts where the Website is operated), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material after 10 to 14 business days, unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a restraining order against the content provider.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright protection very seriously. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable international laws, we maintain a strict repeat infringer policy. We reserve the right to permanently block, restrict, or terminate access, IP addresses, or user accounts of any user who is repeatedly identified as the source of unauthorized copyright infringements, or who fails to comply with our Terms of Service.

5. Important Warning Regarding Section 512(f)

Please Note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be held liable for damages, including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees. Filing a false or malicious takedown notice can have severe legal consequences. If you are unsure whether the material on our Site infringes your copyright, we advise you to consult an attorney before submitting a notice.
