Description

Just after midnight, a snowdrift stops the Orient Express in its tracks as it travels through the mountainous Balkans. The luxurious train is surprisingly full for the time of the year but, by the morning, it is one passenger fewer. An American tycoon lies dead in his compartment, stabbed a dozen times, his door locked from the inside. One of the passengers is none other than detective Hercule Poirot. On vacation. Isolated and with a killer in their midst, Poirot must identify the murderer—in case he or she decides to strike again.

Lots of duplicate sentences which the first one always ends mid-sentence then the repeating sentence is complete. So irritating to read.
  • Too many typos and formatting errors.

This publisher is in my opinion sloppy - was a frustrating read with so many errors.

Such a delightfully intricate tale marred by terrible editing… partial paragraphs, repeating paragraphs… no idea why Apple allows these poorly produced books to remain on in its catalog…find yourself a properly done copy and enjoy.
  • A Fascinating Read

I can see why so many movies and TV shows have been made about Agatha Christie’s stories. The characters are realistic and the story compelling. An excellent and enjoyable read.
