The Road (The Road to Hell Series, Book 3)

I'm not sure I can describe how amazing this series was and this final book. Even the book titles are amazingly witty: Good Intensions, Carved, The Road, Into Hell. Every book was heart pounding, exciting, emotional, and addictive. The complex characters become your friends and the vivid details that describe the scene makes you feel like your walking the road into hell with them. You're dying to help fight the final battle with the devil himself.

Absolutely love these books and the characters are amazing. Some may think I'm alittle old for the story but it keeps me wanting more! Keep up the writing. You have a fan for life Thanks Grandma Cathy

The third book in 'The Road to Hell' series does not disappoint. Although not as creative as the first book, "The Road" does its job in furthering the plot line and character development, while introducing the reader to a few new pivotal characters. For readers of the paranormal, this book is highly recommended. It is well thought out, and Brenda K Davies has the ability to bring the reader into the story, using terrific empathetic dialogue that span the scope of personal and societal emotions. Definitely not a waste of time.

I fell in love with this series from book one, thought it couldn’t possibly get better with book two, and am hopelessly addicted by the end of book three. River and Kobal? Chemistry in many ways. The connection and passion between them goes much further than just attraction, and I am rooting for them all the way. The Road takes you further into Hell...both literally and figuratively. As River learns to adjust her powers and struggles to hold onto who she is, Kobal fights to protect her along with finding a way to finally defeat Lucifer. From the heart pounding moments, to the passionate ones, there’s never a dull moment when this couple is involved. One of my favorite elements of this series is watching River evolve and grow into the powerful young woman she’s always be destined to become. Kobal isn’t immune to the changes since she has become the sole focus to not only save Earth but become his queen. Fair warning before reading, though...your heart is going to race, you’re going to read it far too quickly, and you’re going to be wholeheartedly lost to the addiction of this series by the time you finish.
