20 Dark, Scary and Sad Short Stories

This book is great although it says scary it wasn’t I liked the book very much and enjoyed it

I didn’t find these stories very unsettling or scary. There were some good ideas but overall I did not enjoy this. I found it difficult to keep my attention.

Some of the stories are kinda scary but most of them or not at all. What I don’t like is some of them start with little to no context like somthing has been happening in someone’s life but they don’t say what they just skip the “scary part”

I think this is a great book. Except for the parts where this book is ok…ish. I mean don’t get me wrong this is a great book but it isn’t as scary as I thought it would be. A liked the scary books,they fit perfectly for a 9 yr old boy who likes thriller and horror. Some of the stories are good and a lot of them are bad. I usually rate books 5 stars(one time I even rated it a one saying:I would rate it a zero if I can). But I would wish this author would make it a little scarier

Great imagination. Very well written. I really enjoyed the flash fiction format. Each little vignette could be the seed for a longer story. Inspiring.

So I liked this booked except I don’t think some of them are scary or sad that’s all, but perfect for people like me who don’t like to read because they are short and not a long book either! Overall I would suggest this book!

I’m a 12 year old girl and I love horror movies and horror books. So I got this I’m in the process of reading the second one. The stories were great, well written, and pretty spooky. This would be a great audio book. But it’s good as an ebook to.😊
