"A Dreamer's Tales" is a collection of sixteen fantasy short stories by Lord Dunsany, considered a major influence on the work of J. R. R. Tolkien, H. P. Lovecraft, Ursula K. Le Guin, and others. The stories range from the wistfulness of "Blagdaross" to the horrors of "Poor Old Bill" and "Where the Tides Ebb and Flow" to the social satire of "The Day of the Poll."
The original illustrations by S. H. Sime are included in this Classics Collection edition.
