Ropes

I’m sorry, I really tried, but early in this book, when Ropes called what’s her name a maniac, he was not kidding!! She ruined this whole book. Very immature. Hey, it’s not the Authors fault that I didn’t like her. Now Ropes, whole different story! Seriously tho, Author did a great version of a maniac, just didn’t like her, but love Ropes and his story. And yes I plan on reading more from this Author.

I really enjoyed Ropes and Devlin. Ropes is not your stereotypical MC member, his secret was really great. When I read about Devlin’s past I was surprised at the tie-in to one of Piper Davenport’s books. Devlin has a plan for her future and it does not include falling in love. Ropes wants to know her better and he asked her out repeatedly before she finally says yes. Both of them have had very rough pasts, and Devlin still suffers. There is a big problem with some members of the Burning Saints who disagree with the new vision of the club. Intrigue abounds, and in dealing with his new future outlook Ropes made me nervous for him. A great read, and I wish the next book was here already.
