Refuel your passion with a new installment of the Torpedo Ink series by #1 New York Times bestselling author Christine Feehan.

While Gedeon “Player” Lazaroff is one of Torpedo Ink motorcycle club’s roughest members, he’s also one of the calmest. Little rattles Player, except for the times his gift gets the better of him. When that happens, he has to just lie down in the dark and hope for the best. But on a night when he’s on the verge of losing it, he meets a woman who manages to soothe his fractured mind.

Zyah is a striking, ethereal beauty who seduces him with every word and move. Their night together is one of pure, exquisite bliss. But when Player gets confused and thinks their intimate encounter was nothing more than a dream, his careless dismissal leaves her humiliated and angry.

Now, Player will have to devote his every breath to convincing Zyah to give him a second chance. Because she might be the only one who can save him from himself.…

Another great sequel to the series. The scene, where we’re in the floating hat for the first time was lol funny. We’ll done. I am off to the next book in the series!

I’ve read every book by Christine Feehan in all of the Sea Haven/TornadoInk series but I’ve read this book three times now. I keep getting pulled into the storyline because I love ALL these characters and the magical town of Sea Haven so much, and this book gives a very inclusive look at multiple members of Tornado Ink AND the townfolk, more like a crossover between the MC and the Drake sisters, and I loved seeing Zyah & Hannah display their strengths, and the camaraderie between all the women.

This series keeps changing with each one of the Torpedo Ink members. The main theme continues to be how each person can rise above their terrible childhood and become caring loving people. The twists and turns of Player’s talent for illusion were fascinating. Seeing all of previous major characters and their loves in each new book is also a major plus. With such a large cast, Ms. Feehan does a great job keeping them each so individual and unique. I love that we have at least 14 more books, one of each of the 14 remaining members, including our newest member Destroyer.

I was skeptical because I didn’t want to get 50 shaded again, but it was happily surprised! Having said that, what I disliked and I dislike it in a lot of books is the 10 plus pages of inner dialogue!!!! No one actually does that! If we do, it definitely is not worth 10 pages! When a man (in a book of course) says “I hadn’t slept in 72 hours and I thought it was a dream” you take it on faith he is sincere ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE A GIFT THAT TELLS YOU THE SAME ya do not hem and haw the whole freaking book about it!!!! Side note::::I was happy to see Jonas and Hannah show up as well

I was leery about reading this one after the last one, but thoroughly enjoyed it. Very much in her style that I’ve enjoyed for years.

Everytime a new Torpedo Ink book is set to come out, I put it in my calendar, I’m that excited. This one did not disappoint! I love reading the stories of redemption and love as these broken individuals find love and happiness. Christine Feehan is one of my faves and I eagerly await the next one. Thank you!
