Jessie Montero has had it bad for Holt Claiborne for as long as she can remember. She just wishes he would see her as something more than the girl who serves up his favorite carne asada at Rosa’s Cantina, the restaurant she helps her family run. When her grandmother, Rosa-Maria, retires, Jessie steps in to take over the duties of housekeeper and cook at the Claiborne ranch.
