Description

Good versus evil never felt so decadent.

I fought. I lived. I lost.

But I find hope in the darkness.

With the help of a massive, cat-like deity, I'll bring my light back from the grave.

I'll do whatever it takes to resurrect my lifemate, even submit myself to this beast's sandpapery tongue.

VT Bonds has written deep and dark through this six book series. She holds nothing back, while we travel through deceptive and often deranged storytelling. In Salvaged Djinns, book 6, her Omega and Alpha mates struggle to get their HEA. They play a bit, but new terrors arise, which can separate them physically, mentally, and/or emotionally. Suffice it to say that they eventually find what they need, even as their breakage places that into question.

Wow. What an incredible adventure! There was pain and suffering and loss and ultimately love prevailed. There was a feeling like a happy for now ending. I’m satisfied if that is the end for Zuli and her mates, but I would love another story from them or from different characters in this universe. Wonderful writing, phenomenal world building, interesting, dynamic characters, and an engaging storyline. Well done!

Fitting conclusion with HEA. All unresolved issues are resolved and new characters are introduced. However there is a snippet that may start a branch off into a new book featuring one of the introduced characters. Exciting stuff. But a perfect conclusion even if Big Daddy Djinn needs a taste of humble pie.

This, I think is the end to Ke’nu, Kai’tau and Zuli’s story; however, the ending kind of left you wondering with some unresolved issues that they might show up in the next series. I hope so because these alphas were crazy dominant and hot as hades. Also, Zuli is the omega that holds them together and she deserves her HEA! In closing, it never ceases to amaze me how this author comes up with such wonderfully dark and strange Omegaverse stories that always leaves you not wanting to put the book down and always wanting so much more. I can’t wait to see what else is rolling around in that crazy dark Omegaverse brain of this amazing author!
