Very good explanations. Easy to understand. Has examples with answers. Graphics are cute (sorry, but they are!). Could be used as a self-study text, reference, or to augment a course. I'm not a Physics-major so I appreciate the readability of the text and examples. I got to see the sample text for free and only got to read the first few chapters, but I like this enough to purchase the entire book.
