Description

"Coraline discovered the door a little while after they moved into the house. . . ."

When Coraline steps through a door to find another house strangely similar to her own (only better), things seem marvelous.

But there's another mother there, and another father, and they want her to stay and be their little girl. They want to change her and never let her go.

Coraline will have to fight with all her wit and courage if she is to save herself and return to her ordinary life.

Celebrating ten years of Neil Gaiman's first modern classic for young readers, this edition is enriched with a brand-new foreword from the author, a reader's guide, and more.

Definitely recommend! I’ve read the book, listen to the audio book, and watched the movie! This story is by far a childhood favorite of mine! A masterpiece!!! The book and movie are similar but different in the best way!

I sadly didn’t get the pleasure of reading this until I was 15, but I read it in one day!!! It was suspenseful and creepy. Younger kids will probably be scared with some of the scenes, but 3rd grade and up is probably a good age to read it. My all time favorite character is the cat 🖤 Such a good read you will never want to put it down!!!
  • Amazing but lots of theories

This book was amazing, 10 times better than the movie, but what are they seeing is a lot of theories that Coraline might not escape the other world because she didn’t go back to the portal in the movie. She simply went to sleep, meaning that the building could’ve put her in a loop in universe with no real exit.
