This psychologist in my opinion felt the need to write a series of books about a mythical creature called the mind that governs all body activities and therefore everything else in life. He used examples that were incoherent to the level of being comical to prove the existence of that mind. His only excuse is that he wrote the book a 100 years ago. But still jumping to conclusions and trying to invent something out of nothing is inexcusable and not in any way different from the notion that "someone created us therefore God exists " Why can't people accept the fact that we are just simple and plain matter?

I was looking for aids to improve self discipline. But got a lesson in biology. Very disappointing.
