A jury convicted appellant of capital murder, specifically murder of a peace officer.*fn* V.T.C.A. Penal Code, ยง 19.03(a)(1). The jury affirmatively answered the submitted issues prescribed by article 37.071 (b) and the trial court assessed punishment at death. Art. 37.071 (e), V.A.C.C.P. This cause was tried in Bexar County on a change of venue from Jefferson County. Appellant appeals, alleging twenty-two points of error.*fn1 We will affirm his conviction. Because appellant does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence, we will dispense with a detailed recitation of the facts.
