Opinion SNEED, Circuit Judge: Princeville Development Corp. (Princeville) appeals the district court's dismissal of its ""baby"" FTC Act claim under Haw. Rev. Stat. § 480-2 against Morgan, Olmstead, Kennedy, and Gardner Inc. (Morgan Olmstead). We affirm.
