The epic story that blows the Marvel Universe apart! Iron Man and Captain America: two core members of the Avengers, the world's greatest super hero team. After a tragic battle in Stamford Connecticut, the U.S. government demands that all super heroes unmask and register their powers. To Tony Stark - Iron Man- it's a regrettable but necessary step. To Captain America, it's an unbearable assault on civil liberties. So begins the Civil War.

Yeah I'd love to read the comic not some confusing attempt to write out what artists put so much time into creating. Do not buy it's a frustrating waste of time.

I was looking to see what this comic book was about and all I get is this? I just wasted 7.99 on a script.

I'd say that this book is well written and very interesting. But the whole concept of the superheroes we love breaking apart into two sides and killing each other, doesn't make for a very fun story. I do recommend this book for comic book lovers though. It is full of all the action in you're normal comic book. Although I do wish this book was a bit lighter, and had the funny/sarcastic Tony Stark we saw in the first "Avengers" movie. But overall I'd say that this book was petty good. (P.S. Don't read this book if you're only interested because of the newest Marvel movies. You'll hate it.)

I bought this expecting a graphic novel not a book, I gave it a shot but it's really confusing since I don't know Marvel's characters that well. Please warn readers that this is a book not a graphic novel.
