I believe that the art of turning up exceeds all other forms of personal development in its benefit to family, work and health. It is by far the simplest. However, and it's a big however, you have to get your own stuff sorted before you can do it. If you are a long way from having your own stuff sorted out, you can't turn up and then the consequence will be push back at work and at home. If you don't turn up, for whatever reason it is, you will get evidence of this in a work or home stress. Ultimately, not turning up leads to health problems too. So, as you can see, it's a big deal. To begin with, do you know what turning up looks like? How do you feel when you turn up? What are the variables that cause you to turn up?
