He knew he wanted to have a great career. He knew he wanted to help people. He decided to do what was necessary to become a doctor. He realised he needed to do simple and obvious things like eating healthily. Make time for exercise and get enough sleep. He knew he had to listen, read, and plan. He knew he couldn't be wasteful and that he needed to save.
