As always, Lauren Layne serves up a delicious, steamy story! I was hooked from the first page and couldn’t put it down. Will & Brynn are one of my new favorite LL couples! Well done!

Made for You by Lauren Layne is the second book in her series, The Best Mistake. I knew when I read the first book, Only with You, from the glimpses of Brynn and Will then that I just HAD to read this book. I wasn't disappointed. Brynn is constantly striving to be the best, to be perfect. She had a tough childhood, bullied about her weight, teeth, and acne until shortly in to her teen years. She dieted, saw a dermatologist, got braces and has been perfect ever since. Will has been the bane of her existence ever since high school. Together they have such a pre-school relationship (pulling pigtails etc) it's a little ridiculous, but even into their thirties they still antagonize each other at EVERY opportunity. They don't immediately see what we do, as a reader with the benefit of both POV's, or at least what Brynn doesn't see. Despite how frustrating Brynn can be, and quite frankly how badly I wanted to slap her sometimes, Will's restraint towards aided in my own restraint from abusing fictional literary characters. The growth of the characters, the flow of the story, and the weaving in of characters beyond the main characters was done to perfection and I can't wait to read more from this author.
