Absolutely preposterous story line. Probably skimmed 25% of the book as much of the writing was just useless diatribe that had nothing to do with the story. So the president gets kidnapped and the FBI isn’t involved? Only 3 homeless senior citizens and 2 secret service agents are trying to find the president? Usually like Baldacci, but it seems he was just paid by the word, logic and reason be damned.

Just read my first Baldacci book, The Camel Club. I am out of breath. Loved it.

I'm looking forward to reading the next book in the Camel Club series.
