This was a great story. I love reading Laura Greenwood’s shifter stories. This one is set in Regency London. I liked seeing the interactions between Victoria and Edmund. They grew up as neighbors before loosing touch with one another. Victoria is being presented to Society. She never expected to see Edmund again. They have a connection. Will they realize their feelings before it’s too late? I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

It was a chaste Bridgerton-ish take on the shifter world with a nice HEA!

I really loved this lighthearted book about 2 friends who realize the love each other. I’ve always enjoyed Regencies and paranormal and this is one of the first I’ve read that combines them! It has the courtesy and cut and thrust of the Regency times along with the shape shifting and issues to do with shape shifting hierarchy. If you like Laura Greenwood’s other series, give this one a try.

This is the story of courtship between Victoria and Edmund. Two fox shifters in regency era London. Victoria and her twin Denise are having their coming out season. The story details how Victoria and Edmund childhood friends meet again and fall in love. Countless balls and fabulous dresses with impeccable manners included. An absolutely delightful read. I loved the lighthearted blend of historical and paranormal romance genres. If you’re a fan of romance books of any kind, paranormal stories or historical fiction this book will appeal to you. An excellent way to pass a cold winter weekend, curling up with a heartwarming romance hea guaranteed. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
