One of the best books I have ever read period. I find myself filled with almost dread to read another book as it will be hard if not impossible to not compare it unfavorably to this. I write this review still dying tears from my eyes. So intense, so moving, so good. I give it my highest recommendation. Though I almost recommend not reading it so you don’t have the same fear that I do to read another.

One of my favorite books of all time. Great story, sad, scary, happy and true. Stephen King tells very true to life stories in his fiction. Great Author my favorite Stephen King.

Wow, just wow. It has been a long time since I’ve cried reading a book but this is just an amazing story.

This is a compelling story that is well worth the read through for my second time! Probably in my top ten from SK. This one will have you vested in the characters and pulling at your heart strings. Read this soon!

It was okay. Other books by him I liked better.

I have never read a Stephen King book before, but after having watched the film Shawshank Redemption I heard of this one and had to read the book. Compared to Shawshank, you will not be disappointed. The more you read, the better the story gets. After reading this entire masterpiece of a book, I recognize that this is the most emotionally packed book I have ever read. Each chapter has you feeling sad, or happy, maybe even angry at sometimes. I have never cried at any movies or at any books, this one almost cracked me at the end. By far the best book I have read in my life.
