She and her team made up of earthers and other aliens ,are at the ready to get in and rescue any coalition soldiers in their never ending battles with The Hive. Harper is no nonsense, brave, beautiful woman not looking for any serious relationships. One night while chilling at her in station bar after a horrible day of violence, she is stunned to be approached by a dark rogue warrior, not one of the Coalition. He is accompanied by a blond, light eyed male. They don’t take no for an answer and truthfully she didn’t want to turn down the opportunities to have a wild night with these two too hot to handle aliens. Styx sees Harper at the bar and instinctually knows she is his mate, the one he and Blade must claim in a manage that involves biting. The author has wonderfully developed the world of Rogue 5 and it’s inhabitants. Thrilled that this full length book is the first in what promises to be a phenomenal spinoff series to Interstellar Brides.

This is the first book I’ve read by this author. And believe me it won’t be the last. This story is well written, is complex, as well as filled with suspense and intrigue. And man is it hot, hot, hot! Harper is an Earth girl who is also a nurse. She is working a 2 year contract as a paramedic in space. She meets her mates, Styx and Blade, at a local space station bar but must immediately rush off as she’s called to see to the wounded after a battle. Styx is leader of the Styx legion on Rogue 5, Blade is his second in command. Someone attacked Harper while she was tending to the wounded. Styx and Blade take her back to their Rouge 5 so they can protect her. So many questions to be answered. Since Harper left without permission will she be counted as AWOL? Why was she attacked? Will another attempt be made to attack her? How will Styx and Blade get revenge satisfaction? Do yourself a favor and read this book. You will be captivated!! I received a copy of this book, the review is my honest opinion.
