Description

An Atlan Warlord in Mating Fever with two choices: Be the latest bachelor beast on an Earth reality television show to find his perfect mate or face certain death in an Atlan prison. Braun's not sure which is worse... until a female enters his hotel suite with towels and cleaning supplies. She isn't part of the television show. She isn't available. She isn't interested in mating with an alien.
She isn't his.

Try telling that to his beast, because one look at the maid and Braun knows he will do anything... anything, to claim her.

Warlord Braun was supposed to be the latest contestant on the Bachelor but as soon as the maid, Angela walked into his hotel room he knew she was his mate and the show was over…

Right in the beginning of the book, the heroine’s shirt changes colors over the course of a few pages and there are sprinklings of sentences that make no sense. It passed the time but the mistakes were really distracting.
  • Another great read

must say I love all of Grace Godwin’s books. She is the only “alien” writer I read, really!!! I loved this story. It was nice that the heroine had an active, good relationship with her family. I’m also liking this new series that has the heroes trying to go through a dating game type reality show.. It’s pretty funny. And I’m not going to lie, as much as I love Braun (and have through other books), I think my favorite character of all her books is Oscar. I look forward to seeing more of him & maybe some friends in future books. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Edit

Maid for the Beast (Interstellar Brides Program: The Beasts Book2)-Grace Goodwin This second book in the spinoff series “The Beasts” by Grace Goodwin has all the elements of her “Brides” series with a bit more humorous scenes and a lot more time spent on earth. Braun’s book has been expected for awhile and The Colony resident did not disappoint. The crazy premise of finding a mate during a “Bachelor Beast” show on earth. Hey I’d watch that show gladly but of course the mate bond has a mind of its own and Braun’s Beast recognizes the housekeeper who comes to clean his hotel room, as his mate. Trying like crazy to keep control of his Beast he and his mate must find a way to overcome a whole bunch of crazy obstacles and misunderstanding so he can claim her in the full Atlan way! Best new characters I love are Angela’s cat Oscar, and the alligator her grandfather has
  • Maid to The Beast is an epic twist on a classic theme.

Grace Goodwin has outdone herself in this second bachelor beast story! When fate intervenes and a chance meeting between Warlord Braun and Angela occur, the beast comes awake and doesn’t care if she’s a maid or a princess. She is his. Period. This is a story of healing and risking the heart- one more time. The way the story delves into how a wounded man sees himself, while trying to convince a woman who has decided to have no more men in her life, is heartwarming and sympathizing at the same time. As the reader, you know all the horrors and the battles that Warlord Braun has gone through, while relating to Angela as a woman, knowing what it’s like to have to put yourself out there time and time again. However if the Warlord and Angela can overcome their internal struggles, they might just find something far better than they could imagine....together. I highly recommend checking out Grace Goodwin’s other brides stories, the Interstellar Brides Series, because once you start, you won’t be able to stop! I know I haven’t!!
