Tangled Promise is the fourth book in Ella Miles’ Sinful Truth Series. This exciting and well written read continues the story of Siren and Zeke and their forced game of Truth or Sin with Julian. At the beginning of the book, Siren is recovering from her trauma of being sold to Bishop. Additional answers are slowly revealed for the many secrets held by the characters of this novel as they begin to establish more trust between them including Zeke telling Siren of the promises he has made to three women. This book ends in a cliffhanger which prepares the reader for the next book in the series entitled Fallen Love. I highly recommend this suspenseful book with its fantastic characters and intriguing plot.

Broken promises!

This author continues to amaze me with her work. This is book four in the Sinful Truth Series and if you haven’t started this series, you are definitely missing an amazing read. Siren and Zeke are getting closer and the Truth or Sin game isn’t as important to them. Zeke made a promise to each of the women in his life, Siren, Lucy, and Kai and he failed them all! Excellent read!

I love this series. Will Zeke and Siren be able to keep their promises they made to each other while they move through the twist and turns that life throws their way. The author continues to give us amazingly written and developed characters and storyline.

**Spoilers**
Zeke, Siren, and Nora head to Lithuania to visit Lucy, but they are attacked that very night when sleeping. They are able to escape and have to return to St. Kitt’s to received Julian’s next missive. He insists on acquiring a yacht so Zeke immediately thinks of Enzo. Plans to return to Miami are made.
Zeke is finally reunited with Enzo, and he brings Siren with him to meet both Enzo and Kai as well. He is delighted to learn of their twin babies, and it makes Siren wish she had a life where she could have a happy marriage and raise children in a house with a white picket fence.
Unfortunately, their reunion is short-lived because Siren has an implanted tracking device (unbeknownst to her), and Julian easily discovers their location. He has a massive force attack Enzo’s yacht, and they capture Kai, Siren, and Lucy. They are desperate to find out what Lucy has entrusted to Enzo and Kai, the secrets she holds, the files that have been safely stored in a hidden location.
When Zeke finds the trio at Julian’s mansion, he is given the choice to free only one of the three women. At that time he whispers to Siren, “Marry me,” and she says “Yes.” Then he chooses Kai as the one to be released because she is a mother to two children. Now that Beckett has Kai safely on her way back to Enzo, he and Zeke focus on rescuing Siren. Unfortunately, the few minutes it has taken them to reunite Kai with Enzo, Julian and Siren have disappeared in a hidden tunnel.
Lucy is extremely ill, dying of stage 4 cancer, and she wants to see the stars one more time. Julian allows Siren to carry her outside so she can look to the heavens, and that is when she takes her final breath. She has shared her Scientist mother’s secrets to Siren, those things that must remain locked away, because it can also be used to create mass illness in the world.
Siren is a captive, and Zeke hasn’t rescued her. She now believes that he doesn’t truly love her, and has played her all along. Both Julian and Bishop want Siren as their own, but what with her is a mystery.
