Description

From Wall Street Journal and USA Today Bestselling Author M. Robinson comes a second chance romance.

We were together since we were fifteen, and we were supposed to be forever. But sometimes love isn’t enough.

I couldn’t let her go without one last night, to remind her that every part of her body and soul still belonged to me—she belonged to me.

For better it worse, she’s mine.

The day we go before the judge to make it official, I find out…

She’s pregnant.

All she wanted was a family, all I ever wanted was her.

No way in hell, I’m losing them both.

The story was sweet and well written. But I do not think people change. A drunk is always a drunk. I would not of given her mother another chance to destroy her life.

An emotional journey for sure… Christian is not giving up on his love for Kinley… she wants a Divorce … so many emotions and issues that can be relatable to many in life… you’ll get hooked at the beginning, their love story unfolds… and it is a beautiful love between the two … a decision made in the past keeps Kinley from being able to give Christian the one thing she knows he wants so badly in life… unable to move beyond decisions made in the past… the story will take you on an emotional roller coaster, ups and downs… I couldn’t put it down.. had to know what happened in the end… quick read… if you are looking for a quick series with happy endings and male characters that you’ll cheer for this could be a quick series to read! Honestly I think Kinley is lucky she found a man like Christian …

This author always steals my tears and heart. Second chance vow was definitely no different for me. I don’t think I was expecting this storyline, but man I’m glad she never ceases to amaze her readers. Her stories pull you in from the beginning and don’t let you go without a small part of your reader heart stuck. So much love in such a great story and man are you guys going to love Christian and Kinley. It’s raw, and it’s fluid. The story allows you to be completely blanketed by the depths the M Robinson puts into her details and characters. Another great story and she did not disappoint.

This book had me hooked since the very beginning, Christian and Kinley story will steal your heart, everything the good through, all the traumas, the ups and downs in their relationship, my emotions were all over the place, it also didn’t help my hormones are everywhere at the moment. Simply one of my top 10 of the year, I loved this book, and I couldn’t be happier and excited for the rest of the world to read it, this masterpiece deserves to be read and loved. Our girl outdid herself again, I seriously don’t have worlds, this book was amazing.

Love, sadness, grief, anger and pain create the emotional story for these two. Their story, like Second Chance Contract has flashbacks from the past that help explain the present events and how they got to where they are today. Christian and Kinley are getting a divorce and it’s NOT a mutual decision but the reasons are heartbreaking. It brings up the past and how it’s shaping this decision now. They’re both so emotional and that leads to events that will change the course of events! Christian and Kinley’s love is so beautiful!!! Their story will have you in all of your emotions!
  • Not her typical story…but so much better!!!

I whole heartedly believe that the author of this book purposefully ripped my heart to pieces just so she could mold the pieces back together through the pages of this book. I am finding that I love the “marriage in trouble” troupe of books. Reading as couples struggle and strive to find themselves as a couple again after falling apart for a time is invigorating. You learn to live and love again right along with them. This is probably my new favorite of M. Robinson’s books just because it is so different from her usual works…but her talent shines through that much brighter.

Can I somehow give this book more than 5 stars 🌟?? Christian & Kinley are #couplegoals when they are in the good times. Kinley moves to a small Texas town when she’s 12 after being taken into her aunt’s care due to her mother’s negligence and alcoholic tendencies. She immediate makes friend with a boy named Jax, who becomes her BFF. A few years later, Christian comes into her life even though they attend the same high school. There is an immediate connection between the two. Christian is the typically womanizer until he interacts with Kinsley. From here on out it’s Kinley and Christian. They both love one another and have had different circumstances that have driven a wedge into their relationship over the years but after a certain choice by Kinley that changed everything, will it be enough to keep them from staying together?? I am loving this series of ‘Second Chance’ by @authormrobinson! First Julienne and Autumn, now Christian and Kinley. I literally felt every single moment and emotion in this book! I can’t recommend this couple enough & am definitely excited for Second Chance Scandal starring Kinley’s bff and NFL quarterback stud Jax coming next year!

This is a story of love, friendship, trust, second chances, and hope. Christian never gives up on what has been his since the age of 15. Kinley decides it best to end things . Despite their love she refuses to allow Christian the decision to make the ultimate sacrifice after spending so many years “saving” her. There’s so many feels with this book. The characters and their back stories are so relatable, they become real. I cried through a few moments of this book. Laughed and smiled in others. This book does have a happy ending, but you are taken on an emotional journey of love, hurt, resentment, abandonment, guilt, and lust. It’s a well written heartfelt story!
